Life's...about the same.
Been playing my Pokemon game, I'm pretty far...at least, farther than I've been in any other Pokemon game.
My usually tight-with-money grandfather actually replaced my piece-of-crap car! Wowee, I was surprised. The new (though used) care is awesome. Has all the, erm, bells and whistles.
I'm enjoying my classes....oh, I never posted my schedual here;
1st-Band (The norm, but I seem to be enjoying it more)
2nd-Personal Finance Management (...meh, it's all right)
3rd-Advanced Theater Technique ('Stage Craft' We do all the back-stage stuff for plays)
4th-Art II (FINALLY!)
5th-Foods and Nutrition I (Meh, it's something)
6th-Teacher's Aid (For one of the best teachers in the school.)
7th-Advanced Senior English (Required)

Oh, my paycheck today was about a hundred dollars more than I was expecting, so I'm defenantly buying Pokemans Pearl tomorrow. I suppose it was a good thing I had to wait, 'cause my original plans for a team were half-destroyed by the Nat Dex, but I'm all set now.
'cource, the bad part on having to wait is that nobody cares very much any more. F|

Let me tell you about the best day I've ever had in a long time, that occoured yesterday. It's divided into a list of good things;
-I woke-up and got to school on time.
-We played songs in band that I like (including two pirate songs)
-My group and I finished or XC-game on time.
-No homework in math!
-I got an award for creative writing! (I assume for my Power Penguin story)
-I was ahead in class-reading.
-Chemestry was only slightly hard.
-I didn't have to go to 7th hour. (All the seniors have left and I'm the only junior in the class...I'm alone with Mr. Klusner. ._.; )
-Lunch was...just great.
-...the court case came through, I'm home again!!! :D
Yes indeed, I'm back!!

OK, I don't feel like retypeing this, so I'm going to just copy-paste from DA;
January 16th; OK, there's possibly been many rumors and wonder-ment as to why I suddenly had leave back on October 23rd. Well, here's the story in full;
The 23rd of October was fine and well, I went to school and did that...thing that you do there...learn? Yeah, that's it. Though, througout the day, I was worried 'cause my mom caught me late on the computer playing MapleStory, but she hadn't punished me yet, so I didn't know. During the day I had drawn a picture and was eager to color it, but because of what happened, I didn't know what to expect. Nothing was said on the way home, so when my mom wasn't around I went ahead and got on to CG. I didn't get on MSN or AIM, nor visit any forums, incase she came in and caught me. While coloring, there was a knock at the door. I didn't think anything of it, so I answered it. It was some woman from SRS. She was here to talk with my mom. I went and told my mom, but she told me to tell the woman that she couldn't talk at the moment. Though I wasn't sure, I felt that somthing wasn't right. I told the woman that my mom wouldn't be able to come and she said that since this was her fourth unsuccesfull visit, she would return with law enforcment. Yeah, I was really unsure now. A few minutes later, my mom came into my room. I was a bit surprised that she didn't say anything about me on the computer, but it was obvious that she was pre-occupied. My room was at the front of the house, so I have a window that faces the front lawn. She was peaking out of it, asking me about the woman who came to the door. After a few minutes, my mom whent back to her room and I went back to CGing. Suddently my door slid (I have sliding doors) open and there was an officer standing there telling me to get off the computer. I came out into the living room to find the same woman and another officer. My mom was arguing with them, though I knew what was coming. The officer told me to pack some cloths and to turn off my computer and claimed it may be a while until I return. I was angry, because I was right (a rare scene indeed). I saved the image I was coloring and shut-off my computer. After packing some of my belongings, the officer took me and my sister (age 8 [7 at the time]) out of the home.
After what seemed like hours of waiting, we were taken to the police station in the near-by major city. There, a different woman asked us a few questions and was looking for a place to put us. I cannot be thankful enough that my sister asked her if we could stay with our grandmother, because we could and did. I found out that we were taken because of the conditions of the living space in the house. I beleive it was even defined as "unlivable." Originally, my mom had only three days to clean the house (then leading to the first court case.) But my mom knew it was time for a different change. Originally, she was an alchoholic. Instead she found a detozation clinic in Florida and went there. So, placement with my grandparents continued for another week, when another court date was set for about a month or so later. This was the first time extention. So the month or so passed and we returned to the court. Many things were said, and I felt anger at quite a few more people. The time was extended once again, but this time it was for January 16th. Yeah, I wasn't happy that I'd have to wait another two months.
During that time, my mom returned. As well as the passing of Halloween, Thanksgiving (which, if some of you remember I was online for a bit). Then Chri-er...the Holidays...and New Years. One nice thing is that they brought a whole bunch of my stuff over, including my computer, so I've been able to attempt to keep myself busy. Until today, January 16th FINALLY arrived. I was so very happy for the arrival of this day. We returned to court once again...but....to a different avail. *Sigh* Court was hear-by reschedualed, AGAIN, to meet on March 16th. Yeah...I know. Yet another two month delay. The good news is that I figured out my grandpa's password, so I'll be able to periodically check messages...just not as regularly as I'd like. Plus no gaming. What's cruely funny is that the courts are running my and my sister's case together. My sister has a different dad than I do, and he and his HORRID family arn't as nice as my dad. The DO NOT want my sister to live with my mom (as of the second court date, she has been living with them, not us). If they wouldn't have been acting like complete morons (I'm not going to be nice in ANY way to them), I would already be home enjoying life. But since the MUST have my sister, and they are running us together, since I'm still under 18 years old (by 9 months), they will review my case at the same time as my sister. Yes, I know it's stupid, but in the long run, it's best for my sister. If they find conditions good enough to return me, then the same case will apply to my sister and she can return at the same time with me. So on the next court date, I'm already home. (I want to continue ranting, so I did that at the bottom, incase you don't want to read it.)

March 16th; OK, let me just catch ya'll up. We went back to court on March 16. Now, we're waiting for one piece of paperwork to get back, once it's back, I can start visitation. This means that I can go to my house whenever I want, and can stay the night if I don't have school the next day. Then after only thirty days, I can start living there again! If the next 30 days of me living there goes well, we'll go back to court on May 15, and I will be staying home for good, assuredly. (...is that a word?)

Now; Changes; The Paperwork we were waiting for has come in, so now I can visit home and the 'net on weekends for the next few weeks. Sometime this month I'll finally be home and then we'll go to court in May to confirm that. So only a few more weeks, ya'll!
Anyway, other news...
It's snowing....in April.
I applyed for a job at Target...didn't get it. -_-;;
I have a car now, woo.
I still have a crush on a girl...and still havn't told 'er. <.<;
I can't play MapleStory with this stupid DSL...I need to convince my mom to switch back to cable.
I'm listening to Emo music because they are so hilarious! XDD

In other news. School is a pain. Both in normalcy and this month.
The first week this month, a kid killed himself. Last week there was a bomb threat, and this week there's rumor of a kid who's going to bring a gun to school and kill a bunch of kids. WTC? This isn't normal for our school, and suddenly all this happends in only this far in the month!

Well, I have a story. Two weeks ago I was at a friend of mine's house.
She was talking to a friend of her's who lives in Indiana. She put me on the phone with him....and with the power invested in him, he and I are married and I also got pregnant with Were-babies. There's three of them, two boys and a girl. We each get to name one. He (Muffinz), his other wife (my friend who's house I was at) and I each get to name one.
She's naming the girl Anny. He's naming the other, what should I name the last? I have to name them before I can feed them their fermented oranges.

Well, tomorrow I have a test in chemistry. I've taken this test before and got a 68% so that means I need to do better. So I had my friend who got a 98%. The elements were fine on memorization, but we came up with a nice way of figuring out the chemical compounds. As I explained to Pink on AIM:
Todd the Boo: First off, '-ide' is a prostitute, it sleeps around with elements, but morning the element is alone. (Flouride is F- )
Pink Pinkity: XD
Todd the Boo: 'r' is a whore who is sleeping around and having an affair against 'm' with 'c' 'o' and somtimes another 'r.' Thus they have a baby O. (Having r next to somthing indicates adding another oxygen)

Todd the Boo: The Compound, Acetate, is a drug trip on it's self. They all get double vision, All the 't's' cross-dress as 'h' and the 'a' think's it's an 'o' so it abandons it's 'te' friends. (Acetate = C2H3O2-)

I'm a bit late, but I'll talk about it anyway.
The first day of school went as well as could be expected. Band, well, I'm just glad we don't have to memorize or Marching Band music. Math should be as interesting...as math can get, the teacher seems all-right. It's difficult to get a good read on my science teacher. At first, he seems to be a pain in the butt, but then the next second he cracks a joke, and is quite humorous. I can say though, he'll make Chemestry a challenge, so I'll be working at it. I have a great teacher for accelerated Junior english, we've also started reading books already, I choose the book 'Sybil' sixteen personalities, wow, I've only managed five, hoo-wee. Being and Office Aid is pretty boring, just sit in the office and answer the phone, sometimes. US History 1 is, well yeah, all right. Finally Creative Writing, where I have the same teacher that teaches me English. We only have 5 people in class! XD
Yeah, and all of my friends are as crazy/creepy as ever. So yeah, over-all pretty good.
